If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, including defective, damaged, not as described, you can return them for a refund.
To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
- items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with original label
- the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost
Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
Customers have 14 days from receiving the order to change notify us about the return. You can request a return by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving the return item, we will issue the refund back to the same payment method you used for the initial payment.
There are no restocking fees or return processing fees.
(b) Damaged Products
Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to Biamotti for a full refund. Please note that if damage is only limited to the packing outside and the contents remain intact, products will not be considered damaged.

The refund will be returned to your initial payment method in 15 business days after receiving your returns and after verification.
You can cancel your order before your item is shipped. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org when you want to cancel your order.
You can also cancel the order after it was shipped but in this case we can only refund the product price and not the shipping price.
